In this daylong deep dive we will explore practices to support the cultivation of kinesthetic awareness — our felt sense of the here and now of our moving bodies, the relationship of our parts to each other, to the space around us, and to the bodies sharing it with us — and how this awareness supports us to meet each other more fully in our dancing together.
Schedule* 10:30 - 11am: open space for arrival 11am - 1:30pm: morning session 1:30 - 2:30pm: group lunch (vegan & GF options available) 2:30 - 6pm: afternoon session, ending w/ time for jamming 8 - 9:30pm: musical dance dive — DJ set by humxn (Hallie’s alter-ego)
